Thanks for joining us at the Digital Watercooler - it feels good to be back!

During the coronavirus we faced many challenges; from remote and home working logistics, juggling childcare and home schooling, to simply keeping in touch with colleagues, friends and family and perhaps, most importantly, managing our mental health and the health of those most vulnerable.

Despite these challenges, I’m delighted and proud to say that during the crisis, the Hydra team remained fit and well and we were able to offer our customers and partners a near 'Business as Usual' service.

As we move into calmer waters, leaders and managers from all industries will be looking for ways to prepare for recovery. This issue contains some useful help and advice about managing change and transformation, leading operational re-alignment after lockdown as well as the key trends that will accelerate in the next 24 months and the importance of the lessons learned and knowledge gained from the crisis.

We hope you find the articles useful and that they help with your post-COVID planning and recovery.
