Juan Manrique worked for over 10 years at a senior executive level in the introduction of products/services within the IT and Telecoms industry. In 2005 he decided to develop a software solution to contribute to the resolution of the problems around the lack of quality in delivery of projects and eTask Technologies was born. At the beginning of 2013 he significantly increased the commercial and technological reach of eTask Technologies by orchestrating the acquisition of Hydra Management, a historic name in Portfolio and Resource management in the UK market. The merger of the two companies has created Hydra a leading organisation with unique technologies to help companies to optimally manage resources and deliver consistently successful projects.

COO

Manfredi has extensive financial and business development experience gained during 15 years spent in a variety of senior roles at Citigroup and UBS. He joined Hydra in 2010. Since then he has headed the business development and finance roles.

He speaks English, Italian, Spanish and French and loves to spend his winter holidays skiing on the Alps.

UK Operations Manager

Joining Hydra in 2012 Sam started as the website admin and hung around long enough to work his way up. Free time is taken up with extreme sports, fast cars and local beer.

Office Manager

At the heart of every successful SME is the person that makes sure things are being done correctly and on time. In charge of not only the office but also wrangling Juan and Manfredi. To relax after that she loves to cook and spend time at the beach.
